What forms of Payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard or a check made out to Visual Realm.

What is your turnaround time?
We are willing to work with every customer's deadline and time line. Please let us know of any immediate deadlines upon initial contact.

How do I know if Screen Printing or DTG printing is best for my job?
As a rule of thumb, anything larger than 72 shirts of the same design should be Screen Printed. The friendly professionals at Visual Realm Shirts are more than happy to discuss the process and see which fits best for your print job.

How do I place an order?

How do you ship?
We ship UPS or USPS. We can also ship using your shipping account via FedEx or UPS. Currently, we are only shipping in the continental United States.

What is your largest print area?
For DTG printing, your image can be as large as 12x18 inches.

What resolution should my image be for print?
We recommend 300 dpi or better for the highest quality print.

Do you charge sales tax?
By law Visual Realm Shirts charges sales tax on items being delivered within the state of Florida.

What is your return policy?
Since each job is printed custom on an as needed basis, Visual Realm Shirts accepts NO RETURNS unless we are at fault for the mistake. We will happily reprint anything that does not pass quality control.
